Fit guarantee

Our promise

Every product page shows a fit verdict, such as "Fits your 2.40 m ceiling — set the cable to 54 cm". The verdict is based on the numbers you give us: your ceiling height, your table size, or the setting you choose.

If the light doesn't fit where our verdict said it would, we refund you in full — and we pay the return postage too.

How to claim

Email hello@lirra.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with:

1. A photo of the light in place.
2. The numbers you used (for example, your ceiling height or table size).

We'll check it against the verdict you were shown. If we got it wrong, you get a full refund and a free return.

What's covered

• The fit verdict shown on the product page when you ordered.
• Fits based on the ceiling height, table size or setting you entered.

What's not covered

• Spaces with different measurements from the ones you entered.
• Personal taste — if it fits but you just don't like it, our standard 14-day returns apply instead (see our Refund & returns policy).
